There is a restaurant on the first floor and a hotel above it - a particularly favorable destination for tourists.
We used the furnicular on the way up, but persuaded our lazy bodies (on my behalf, of course) to walk down. At some places it got pretty interesting, that´s true. Of course, it serves as a lesson for

I really felt bad for those poor cyclists. They had this awesome idea to walk straight up with their bikes - and possitively had to make a break every ten metres or so.
