Real beliebers, would not have stopped following him on twitter and stopped liking him just because he has cut himself.

Come on! just because he has cut himself? Oh my God.
Nothing changes if you cut his hair, he is still on Justin as he was when he had his famous hair / hair flip. It will come back and if you respect and love Justin, so you will have to tolerate that he cut his hair & respect him.
