I do not understand the people who have said this is boring of blah. This show is edge of your seat exciting! It runs at a frenetic pace and the characters are great. While it is marvel I wouldn't really call it a "super hero" show. I loved Jessica Jones and the defenders. Iron fist was pretty good but this show has us hooked! One of Netflix best!
Such an ace TV series ! Ace for acting, ace for story-line, ace for characters, super-ace for portraying the heart of marine soldier. This is one of the Marvel's best TV series.
I was sceptical when I heard there would be another Punisher film. For me, Punisher is not a kind of super hero like Iron Man with the suit, Thor with the god power and the hammer, Hulk with super human strength, Captain America with the shield, Spider-man, etc. Frank Castle is just a normal human, ex-marine with no super power at all. However, this Punisher series really portray how ex-marine lives and handles a post-war life. Some of them move on and successful in business, some of them try to cover up their past, some of them try to help other soldiers to move on, some of them can't move on and distress with a quite post-war life.
This TV series really show the world the life of ex-marines soldier after they come back from war, how they struggle and strive life; which for me after I watch this series, I really take my hat off for every ex-marine soldiers who keep their honour and serve our country whole heartily.
