Long before time had a name, Ninjago was created by the First Spinjitzu Master by using the Four Elemental Weapons of Spinjitzu; weapons so powerful, no one can handle all of their power at once. When he passed away, his two sons swore to protect them, but the oldest, Lord Garmadon, was consumed by darkness and wanted to possess them all. A battle between brothers broke out and Lord Garmadon was struck down and banished to the Underworld. Peace returned to Ninjago as the younger brother, Sensei Wu, hid the elemental weapons in the far corners of Ninjago. Centuries later, Lord Garmadon has returned with the help of his Skeleton army to collect the Golden Weapons. Sensei Wu turns to the aid of four young Ninja who are to be trained to become the protectors of each of the weapons. Although the Ninja successfully survive a harrowing quest to retrieve the elemental weapons, they fall into Lord Garmadon's master plan, releasing the dark Lord from his prison, and allowing him to escape through a vortex, with hope that he would one day return with the ability to possess all four weapons. Peace has returned to Ninjago, while the four ninja swear to protect and learn to master their Golden Weapons... Awaiting Lord Garmadon's return.
When the fate of their world, Ninjago, is challenged by great threats, it's up to the ninja: Kai, Jay, Cole, Zane, Lloyd and Nya to save the world.
Don't listen to critics. Whenever a kids TV show or movie comes along, they assume it is terrible just because it is for kids and do not watch it. Now if Lego does it, imagine. I thought it would be dorky and childish, but it had great characters, awesome villains, pretty cool fight scenes, heart and a couple of laughs. The only unoriginal season was the third one, which was purely for comedy. If anyone says it is a copy of bey blade or TMNT, remind them to not judge a book by its cover. The voice acting is great, and even Lord Garmadon, the villain, winds up being good in the end and cares for his son, showing no human is totally evil (unless possessed). Overall, it is great, and though may have some one-liners, it is a kids show, what can you expect? Also some elements are kinda dark, like the overlord, lord Garmandon and the 4 weapons and the serpentine.
This is the best cartoon ever. Has everything,action,adventure,comedy,science fiction and Family. The characters are good, and awesome powers. Long plot......... LOVE IT!!!!. It is 100% AWESOME!!!. Whoever hates Ninjago is LAAAAAAAAAAMMME!!!!The cartoon is very god, nobody can say it is for babies. Really is an exciting cartoon. Ninjago has awesome characters like Lloyd,Kai,Jay,Wu and others. The TV series is way way better than the toys. Truly is an amazing wonderful cartoon. There are more than 10,000 videos about it on YouTube. Ninjago is the best and is so awesome. All the seasons are wonderful and exciting. You can't deny the fact that Ninjago is 100% AWESOME!
