By this time those two younger rabbits were really getting after it. One would chase the other, catching and tackling it before they both jumped clear out of the grass and ran in a large circle just as fast as they could go. After about five minutes, the pair had ventured quite ways from the bigger rabbit it seemed to be running out of steam. They were still chasing eachoter, but without nearly the speed or enthusiasm of just a few minutes earlier. They stopped dead in their tracks. A coyote had crept up to. The coyote burst from his hiding, the older rabbit was gone in a second, disappearing from their earlier play, the rabbits simply didn't have enough gas in its tank to outrun the coyote. "I guess he shoulda been more careful"
