Well I couldn't teach you cause I learnt to draw manga without guidelines from the start. So I'm pretty used to it. But I'll give you a tip - You could buy coloured leads for the guidelines and use normal graphite leads when you're drawing. That way, you won't mistake it as one of the body parts. Happy trying
