The text is not sharp and small fonts are not readable(blurred). Is there any way to improve the image quality to a readable level as in original? Other optons of coverting the PDF to word and inserting or copying and pasting the PDF file content works fine. But I need to make it look good with insert-object-

If so, you can try exporting/saving (depending on your version of Acrobat) to a Word document then extract the image out of that or you can export all of the images (in Acrobat X it's Tools>Document Processing>Export all images) from the PDF then use Insert>Image in Word.

I am trying to insert a pdf image into word 2007, through Insert>Object>Object>Create from file>Browse>'My pdf file'. So how can I prevent Word from compressing the pdf? It will still be a pdf I'm inserting into Word, and Word will still automatically compress it.
