10 Feb 2018 The Taxwise program does not have a 1099C. If you need to enter this information into a return you will enter that information on the 1040 line 21. To do this you will link the 1040 worksheet 7 to line 21 where it says other income. To link the form click on the line and press F9 or right click and choose link.

Form 1099-C. According to the IRS, nearly any debt you owe that is canceled, forgiven or discharged becomes taxable income to you. You'll receive a Form 1099-C, "Cancellation of Debt," from the lender that forgave the debt.
