One weekend in Lutsen ski resort!!
Ron and I went up to Lutsen (about 6h north of Rochester) on friday afternoon. We stayed there until monday morning, when we turned our nose back home. It was a lot of fun! The place is bigger than Romme Alpin, but not really comparable to Åre and Idre.
We made snow caves in my Environmental Awareness class!!
So today was the day to test them. About 80% of the class slept over actually.
This is how big my group made our cave. It did fit 7 people, we got up to 8 degrees in there :D.
Well, it doesn't really look that good afterwards though, but you know high school kids.. ;)
The girls in my class made this one :).
Not bad, most of them slept in it too. I'm impressed!!
People shuffling snow into a pile, which became our snow cave later.
I could almost bet that this guy would come with his snow blower to blow the snow up on the pile, to make it all easier :P. Some guys are really lazy here..
