Add a total or other aggregate in Design view. In the Navigation Pane, right-click the report and then click Design View . Click the field you want to summarize. On the Design tab, in the Grouping & Totals group, click Totals . Click the type of aggregate that you want to add for the field.

so far i had done with that, but i need a grand total to the report.look similar like(just If I'm not mistaken, in Access 2007 you can set up totals while you're by Vanderghast Moderator Thursday, November 18, 2010 3:44 PM.

access database training - Inserting Totals in a Report ( Access ) I have taken a Text box for my Report Footer and inserted =Sum([exp]) in Control Source propertyhowever am getting back #Error when I run the report. However if you placed the Sum expression in the Group Footer
