Eden Eternal has a limit on how many skills one can cast, called the Global Cooldown (GCD for short). This GCD is estimated at somewhere around one second. If a skill finishes casting anytime before the GCD ends, a Magician won't be able to do much but wait before they can cast another skill. As a Magician's main DPS
