Midnight Run Movie Hindi Free Download-----------------------------------------DOWNLOAD: http://urllio.com/r1mrx -----------------------------------------An accountant is chased by bounty hunters, the F.B.I., and the Mafia after jumping bail.Jack Walsh (Robert De Niro) is a tough bounty hunter has to deliver Jonathan "The Duke" Mardukas (Charles Grodin), who embezzled $15 million from the Mob, but the FBI is after The Duke to testify - the Mob is after him for revenge - and Walsh is after him to just shut up. Will they survive each other and all the other pursuers to a happy ending?I finally got Midnight Run on DVD and can't stop watching it. Even 14 years after it came out, when I meet my schooltime friends, we can crack each other up instantly by one saying "Alonzo Mosely, FBI" and the other responding (yelling) "I'M MOSELY!". Just by reading the subject in another comment ("You lied to me first") made me laugh out loud alone in front of my computer.
There IS action in Midnight Run (chases and stuff), there is also drama (the scene with Walsh's daughter brings me close to tears every time), there is even a bit of suspense in the airport scene, but what really makes this film tick is the comedy resulting from a perfect cast with impeccable timing. Most of the laughs come from the actors underacting their parts. Yaphet Kotto cracks me up just by turning around slowly to one of his officers, without as much as raising an eyebrow.
I could go on and on, but why don't you see for yourself and go see this very much underrated film.
Gave it a 10 (duh!)Very few can be both dramatic and comic actors with the same degree of excellence. Robin Williams has tried it but to put it mildly he isn't really that great a comedic actor to begin with. His dramatic performances seem much better and his one film with De Niro, Awakenings, is miles better than such crap as Mrs. Doubtfire, Fathers' Day etc. It may be odd to start at commentary about Midnight Run this way but I'm trying to illustrate that what De Niro does here is all the more harder than it seems. He isn't mugging or going for the easy laugh like he has done in later films like Rocky and Bullwinkle but the tongue-in-cheek humor is fully on display in his performance here. I will not go into plot because everybody pretty much know the story.
Charles Grodin is primarily a comedic actor, save for his performance in Rosemary's Baby, but his humor is deadpan not slapstick and I think that is the reason why he works so well with De Niro here. Usually, when De Niro works with comedians, they try to outshine him and go way over the top (eg. Eddie Murphy). Grodin's dry comments are hilarious because he doesn't try to stun the audience with his wit and the way he gets a rise out of the De Niro character, Jack Walsh, is pure gold. Too bad they never made a proper sequel which Grodin has frequently pointed out on his talk show.
The movie would have received 10 out of 10 from me except for one thing. They should have left out the visit to Jack's ex-wife and daughter. It's a rather pointless subplot which doesn't tie up any loose ends like the Grodin character thinks it will. Maybe that was the point but I have a tough time seeing anything more sympathetic or worse to De Niro's character at the end of the visit. It had already been established before that he has a sore spot in his past and it doesn't ring true to leave the spot sore. Maybe i am completely wrong. The end is kind of in the same tone where Grodin finally lets his guard down. It's a rather touching scene and the final joke is a lighthearted chuckle.
Grodin hasn't made a good movie since and De Niro only a few so I hope that someday Hollywood wil give this movie it's proper acknowledgement as the first class comedy that it is.Whoever cast De Niro and Grodin must have had a sixth sense for the chemistry they would have; they work together so smoothly, and with such an evident sense of fun, that even their silences are intriguing.A "midnight run" is originally a slang term for a quick, late-night shopping trip to the corner store for beer, cigarettes or snacks. In bounty hunter slang, a midnight run is an easy job. The phrase has been used from time to time on the TV show Dog the Bounty Hunter (2003). In the movie, bond agent Moscone (Joe Pantoliano) promises Walsh (Robert De Niro) that his assignment will be an easy job, ie a "midnight run". In addition, to fulfill the contract, the fugitive has to be brought in by Friday midnight, lending further meaning to the movie title. At the start of the movie, when Jack Walsh brings Monroe Bouchet (John Toles-Bey) to the police station to be booked, a policeman says to Jack, "Hey Jack, the Soda machine's been out for a week and a half." Jack responds to this comment with a contemptuous smirk. It is likely that the policeman means it as a sign of disrespect to Jack. He is saying something like "You must be here to fix the soda machine, because you sure don't work here." It's an acknowledgment that Jack used to be a cop, but has now fallen on hard times, and has no real business in a police station. It is most likely a nickname which originated in his real name—Jonathan Mardukas. His surname is pronounced Mar-Duke-Is, with the stress naturally falling on the second syllable (Duke), hence the nickname of the Duke. Jack Walsh (Robert De Niro) finds Mardukas (Charles Grodin) relatively easily by checking his police booking slip, and finding the number Mardukas called immediately after he was arrested. Jack then has his police contact find out where the house is to which the number belongs. Jack then taps the phone line in the house and calls the house pretending to be an FBI agent looking into the Mardukas case. This prompts the woman who lives in the house to immediately call Mardukas himself. However, because Jack has tapped the line, he is then able to discover exactly where Mardukas is staying. As such, Jack is able to find Mardukas easily, in contrast to the FBI and the mob, both of whom are unaware of what city Mardukas is even in. Obviously, in reality, this is preposterous, the FBI would easily have been able to do what Jack did, and the Mob, one would imagine, would have their own contacts with access to police files. However, in the context of the film, the incident is simply a way of presenting Jack as resourceful and determined, whilst the FBI and the mob are shown to be quite inept, always a few steps behind Jack. Marvin Dorfler (John Ashton) is able to cancel Jack's (Robert De Niro) credit card simply by calling the credit card company, giving his name and card number, and saying he has lost his card. In 1988, there were few checks in place to stop such things. Credit card issuers were interested in stopping unauthorized use of cards, not unauthorized cancellations. The question of how could Marvin have known Jack's credit card number in the first place is left open, but some hints are given. Marvin is shown several times during the movie as being thoroughly unscrupulous, it is probable that Marvin simply got Jack's card number at some stage in the past and kept it for just such an incident as is seen in the film. Because, as Mardukas says, it's not a bribe, it's a gift; Jack has already let Mardukas go before Mardukas gives him the money, so taking the money from Mardukas does not violate Jack's moral code in any way.
