I am using GoAutoDial v3 RC1b. When agent manually dials a number the option to transfer that live call in greyed out. It works fine while using the auto dial just not on the manual dial. Any idea on how to enable this feature? Also in the campaign settings some options wont stay changed after I save like the 3 way call caller

For anyone who has this problem. Using the default GoAutodial configuration, i tried to place Manual Calls using an On-Hook agent, but the ring link at the top of the Agent Console never showed up. Searching in the file /var/www/html/agent/agent.php, i found the code to show up the link in the line 13932. The solution i

Agent Caller ID on manual dial. Added by Maharaj Azhagiah about 3 years ago. Hi. I am trying to set caller ID of the Agent on outbound calls during the manual dial. However it shows the campaign caller ID during the manual dial. I am using GoAutodial CE 3.3. Any ideas how to set the caller ID? thanks in advance. Raja

HowTo Dial Manually¶. 1.Click the MANUAL DIAL button. 2.Enter the phone number on the field shown below. NOTE Pattern for the phone number should be area code+phone number,without space or any special character. 3.Then Click the Dial Now button.
