I will admit, I was in a hurry and didn't read the instructions. BUT, I didn't really need to! I attached it to my kitchen counter, untucked the peeler, put the apple in and started cranking. I used to HATE making anything with apples. Now, thanks to this I love to! I was hessitating for 3 years on this. I'm glad I decided to get it finally.
I asked my sister-in-law for an apple corer while at her house. This is what she brought out. My husband, super tech guy, couldn't wait to get his hands on it.
