I have been playing Sorry since the 1950s, and the version we now use is from the 1970s so here are some of the Old Rules. If you are one or .. 04-09-2013. Overview: Similar to Parcheesi, Sorry is a game involving pawns, a board, an altered deck of cards (no 6's or 9s), and a Home-zone. The object is to get all of your pawns across the board into the Home space, which is a safe zone. The first player to get all of their pawns Home wins.
In the 2013 Edition, several rules were changed. Each player only has three pawns. A pawn can be moved out from Start upon any positive number card. A Sorry! card gives the alternative option of moving forward 4 spaces. The 2 card no longer allows one to pull another card.

I happen to have that copy of Sorry on hand, and the rules are still in the box! Score! i.imgur.com/FAlNejk.jpg. The way I've always played this version (which I don't like at all Give me back my 4 pawns, Hasbro!), is if a pawn has an ice or fire token on it, it cannot have another token placed on it.
