Have you looked at the list of tutorials, under the Meshing section? db.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=532269. I don't know if there's anything specifically on conversion from TS2 to TS4 but you can look in the Tutorials section for TS2 for information on how to extract and modify meshes, and
