Hi all, I was wondering if someone could help me with the following; I want to add some animated GIF images to my interactive PDF document in InDesign.
Here the solution that apparently works: Open the GIF in Quicktime and save as MOV (Apparently it works with other formats too, you'll have to try it out). Insert the MOV into the PDF (with Adobe InDesign (make sure to set Object> Interactive> film options > Embed in PDF) - It should work with Adobe Acrobat
hi, wollte mal fragen, ob hier jemand wei?, ob und wie man animierte gifs in indesign cs4 einbindet und das ganze dann nach pdf konvertiert. oder welche moglichkeiten es noch gibt, in diesem falle banner, in ein pdf dokument einzubinden. wie gesagt, die pressemappe hab ich in indesign erstellt.
Guten Abend, Ich habe ein animiertes Gif-Bild in InDesign platziert und mochte daraus ein interaktives PDF generieren? Da meine Tests bislang erfolglos und die platzierte Gif-Datei reglos bleibt, hier meine Frage: Ist dies grundsatzlich uberhaupt machbar? Und worauf musste ich im Speziellen achten?
22 Dec 2014 When it comes to other kinds of interactive documents you can make with InDesign, like PDFs and DPS folios, you're out of luck (at least temporarily). Neither format supports animated GIFs. But both formats support video, so all you need to do to use the animated content is convert the GIF to an MP4 video
