The different battle roles do not have their own crystarium path like in FFXIII, instead they all share the same path and it is up to yo which ones to develop then you level up RAV to 29 first and don't even mess with the other 2 until it is level 29, then you move on to SAB, get that to 12, THEN go to medic. ect
