For Battlefield 3 on the Xbox 360, a GameFAQs message board topic titled "Tank CITV Station Unlock-Seriously Powerful!".
I am usually successful with tanks and have unlocked everything for them. My tank setup is a very standard autoloader, zoom optics, and coxial lmg.
