28 Feb 2017 P Plater upgrading license from auto to manual - posted in Miscellaneous: Question re upgrading a red P license to manual in NSW. She has her red P's but restricted to auto. Apparently she must be accompanied by an unrestricted driver on their blacks until she passes the manual driving test with the RMS
