Install the brackets - outside mount installation (installation outside window casing) Using pencil marks as a guide, start the screw hole by pre-drilling (wood and metal mounting surfaces only). Hold bracket with surface marked "top" facing up. Repeat for each bracket. Use a level to confirm brackets are level.
