Dip the end of the fabric in the homemade mod podge and wrap it around your plastic straw. Continue wrapping the fabric around the straw, adding a little bit of mod podge as you go. Wrap until you've used all of the fabric, adding a little more mod podge to hold the end in place.

13 Jul 2010 Now take your nail and start wrapping the fabric over, but make sure you start from the widest end of the fabric towards the point. Keep wrapping until you get to the pointy end, making sure to keep things centered as you roll along. Glue the end as in the previous bead. and seal the whole bead with Mod Podge.

3 Feb 2010 Apparently there is mod podge specifically for fabric now although I'm pretty sure traditional I find making these beads quite therapeutic.
