When I was 16, I met a boy named Louis,
His perfect blue stare made me feel gooey,
We bumped into each other completely unaware,
That the coming years would be like musical chairs…
When I was 17, I kissed the boy who was nicknamed Lou,
This was a sort of kiss, that made me feel new,
I told him I loved him and he thought I was mad,
Until he returned it and said “I love you, Hazz!"
When I was 18, we became stars,
This was the time I started to fall apart,
Louis noticed and this broke my heart,
Then they gave him a girlfriend to keep us far apart…
When I was 19, Louis barely talked to me,
Had I done something wrong, that I couldn’t see?
I washed away my thoughts with too many drinks,
And I spoke my hidden words on my body with ink…
When I was 20, no one talked to me,
Louis got married, and seemed very happy,
My hurt grew but I kept my feelings hidden,
Being sad for the cameras was simply forbidden!
When I was 21, I was no longer around,
I was now lying lifeless on the cold ground,
I still proved my love for Louis was true,
My final words I wrote were…
"You’re still perfect Lou…"
