There's a guide saying Healing Touch is more efficient on icy veins, noxxic, mmo-champion and the US forums, but WHY? It doesn't compare at all to the results I get when I crunch the numbers, it just feels like I'm doing something wrong but I can't for the life of me figure out what, my math seems so robust.
Heals all allies within 40 yards for [5 * (180% of Spell power)] over 8 sec. Healing increased by 100% when not in a raid. This is a Restoration Druid Specialization Ability.

Hasted HoTs and DoTs will not have a shorter duration, just a shorter period in between ticks (meaning they will gain extra ticks to fill in the duration as appropriate). Bubbles only go so far, especially in 10 mans. They are on par with any other healer, and recently had their Archangel sub-spec
