There is no bug in the game that affects people using a specific internet provider. We do not ide ntify each perosns provider and plus or minus thier conection. such an activity would be descriminitory and unacceptable.
What you asign as happening because of a telia bug, is in fcat nothing at all to do with wow. It is to do with Telia (a company that blizzard have absoloutly no power over), and thier network infrastructure causing blockages fr people trying to connect to our servers.
We can do nothing about this as the problem i out of our zone of control. We only hold repsonsibility for the servers and the program. The connections you make to reach those servers are to do with your internet provider (Telia)
The only way you can fix latency issues you think are caused by telia, is by calling Telia yourself. Blizzard will not do this for you, and we have no repsonsibility for it.

Kan säga er en sak då jag jobbar på Telia support att det inte är deras fel utan det ligger hos technicolor som har gjort routern. Tycker själv det är idiotiskt att Telia köper in en sån kass router men ja. Kommer iaf en update till routern inom kort. inside info.
