1 Oct 2015 I have to hand it to Honda for sticking to its guns. The engine and transmission combination has to be the Accord's best feature. The 3.5-litre V6 puts out 278 horsepower and the slick-shifting six-speed manual makes it (and its four-door, four-cylinder sedan sibling) one of the unlikely heroes of the stickshift.

The optional 3.5-liter V6, offered with a new 6-speed automatic transmission or a coupe-only 6-speed manual, generates 278 hp and 252 lb-ft of torque.
