Is frankly quite disturbing (to me). One of the reasons that people are so confused about it is that no-one from this rework team has made any sort of post or announcement regarding their thought process for the rework. Was the point to nerf Kassadin's ability damage to force players to build AD on him like Kassadin of old?

A long long time ago people went RoA and Morello's in the same build (I think it was before the Athene's rework when Morello's was built on like everyone and was super cost-efficient).
