I have used BeamProp and FullWave to simulate them individually. Now, I need to assemble them to make a complete PIC. Which software is best for this purpose? (I need to choose a tool that can create gds file for photonics IC) ADS, Mentor Graphics, Cadence or any other? Where can I find some tutorial for these?
