Works really well, only thing I'd say it that its a little tricky to line up where exactly you want to cut, so best to measure the offset of the saw guide first and then take that into acount so you can line up with the outside of the saw guide. I used it withouth a clamp, just resting the forks on a bench and it worked great, perfect cut,

The inner piece that clamp the steerer in place is made of cheap plastic and will not hold your fork squarely through any minor amount of sawing (that's kind of the point of this tool, right??).
