Cisco Unified Communications Manager automatically dials the appropriate call pickup group number when the user activates this feature from a Cisco Unified IP Phone. Use the softkey or feature button, PickUp, for this type of call pickup. The Call Pickup feature functions whether auto call pickup is enabled or not.

Call Pickup. Enable the Call Pickup feature and configure an extension (e.g. "**"). When dialing "**10" while extension 10 is ringing, the call will be redirected to your phone.
25 Aug 2017 Hello All, I have callmanager 7.0 i have configured speed dial button on phone A to monitor phone B When phone B get connected in a call, the BLF button onphone I have spent a good deal of time now trying to get BLF Pickup to work with CME8 and it is just not working or described in any of the cisco manuals for CME.
