Nope, the only difference between this one and the first one was the placement of the hooks. This time they were, as you can see, placed vertically and a bit higher as opposed to the one I did in the summer.
I might try a lotus, crucifix or a knee suspension the next time though. :)

The regular ones from Painfulpleasures.
The needles we use are slightly thinner, the hook tips go into them and then taper up the wound a bit. That closes most of the bleeding and also leaves smaller marks afterwards. :)
