She Stirs Restlessly Progression has become hollow: A flood of black eyes and broken doors. Within these walls, still they're not safe. The shame, the disgrace. She stirs restlessly - tonight she sleeps unsafe. She stirs restlessly - the threats are everywhere. Destroyed is her confidence to masquerade your weakness. Destroyed is her confidence to masquerade your weakness! This issue is not a grayscale. Either you're in the way, or the solution. This issue is not a grayscale! Either you're in the way, or the solution! This issue is not a grayscale! Take my hands, and we'll rock back and forth, Collapse this structure and let it rain on us. This is a challenge to every man out there to tear down the structure that rapes and beats our mothers, our sisters and our lovers. Take my hands, and we'll rock back and forth, Collapse this structure and let it rain on us. From this rubble, we'll build a better way. Among these ruins, we'll build a haven safe. (Though it is often claimed from various directions that today's society is equal, such is hardly the case, regardless of where you look. The sad truth is that if you are a woman in today's society, or indeed any society that has come before it, the chances of you being discriminated against or facing violence - sexual or non-sexual - are by far higher than that of any man. Some will claim that gender equality is something that only women need to work for and worry about, but there will not be gender equality unless men also take their share of the responsibility for today's society.)
