OK, so I now have a stiff shoulder after re-glazing 3 of my very large storm windows (each having 4 pieces of very large glass). I used Dap 33 glazing compound and have now waited 3 weeks for it to "dry", but it sure doesn't seem dry to me! It's almost as soft as the day I put it on. And what does that mean
