I am using wkhtmltopdf 0.12.2.1 (with patched qt) 64 bit version and I am using Pdfkit to execute the generation. I am randomly getting the error below. I have around 30 html pages and sometimes it completes, but the majority of the time it fails on a random html document and gives the below error: Exit with code 1 due to

We have now tried repairing Forms, reinstalling wkhtmltopdf.exe, resetting IIS, and restarting the entire server. We still receive the same error. We have also tried all of the suggestions in this post with no luck. I have also setup a test process that has 3 steps. The first 2 are user tasks and the 3rd is a Save to

Workaround is to simply remove these invalid resources, before conversion. Alternatively to wkhtmltopdf , you can use either htmldoc , PhantomJS with some additional script, for example using
