You only crit when the enemy is below 15% hp, and that crit is usually enough to finish them. Pantheon isn't really an AA based champ. IE is way too expensive, and if you dont build any other crit items, it gives you only 20% crit and it doesn't really worth it. Lethality items works better on him. If you try the IE
8 Aug 2014 Mainly because Pantheon is an Assassin. You are not really an auto attacker but rather a burster. The main problem with IE is that it increases your crit chance which is pretty much a completely wasted stat on Pantheon. You gain 100% crit if a target is low-life and your spear will also do more damage.
