I'm pretty sure the recommended level for the end boss is 75-80 (though I was 83). Honestly, it looks to me like your problem is the lack of fusing Personas, which I personally do constantly as I level up. Tam Lin is base level 53, right? That's WAY outdated. In this fight the biggest threat is Izanami no Okami's instant death attack that kills anyone inflicted with ailments. I'd recommend stocking up Amrita soda or use both Teddie and Yukiko for ailment healing purposes (Teddie has Amrita and Yukiko has Salvation).
