In order to fit your bicycle into it's delivery box, the manufacturers will have had to do one or more of the following, Remove front wheel, Remove pedals. Remove/Turn the handlebars/stem. Remove the front brake/Rear brake. Remove disc brake rotors from hubs.
Some of the higher-end bikes and triathlon bicycles may take a bit longer for assembly and tuning. It is normal for wheels to require some minor truing.
