One common problem with magnet links is that, if the trackers don't have any seeds showing, the link won't start. It's best to use a .torrent file in that. I checked the HDD and it has many GB of free space, never had an issue in the 10 years I've been torrenting but now everything just seemed to have... It possible that the Availability is too low because there are no seeds or peers with the needed pieces to finish the download or it simply is a bad torrent. For stuck torrents, you may be able to find another torrent with the same file using Swarm Merging. Another possibility: Some routers/firewalls detect data. Does it have any seeds? It could be no one has the remaining .7 percent. The way you do that is just start the same torrent in vuze, stop it and copy the files you had downloaded via older torrent client replacing the files being downloaded via vuze, then right click the torrent in vuze and then click “Force Recheck".
