I just leveled it to 20 this past week. Game isn't in front of me but I think you will need to start making iron ignots from 10-15. 15-20 is a little bit of a grind if you just craft stuff. There isn't a material at that level you use for other crafts. At 20 it gets easier because you can use the triple leves and don't need to make as much.
