Installing CentOs 5.5-x86_64 kernel hangs with message NET: Registered Protocol family 2 I am attempting to install CentOS 5.5 on Oracle VM VirtualBox.
I want to test CentOS on my computer, so I set up Virtualbox on my Kubuntu Basically it hangs right after it says "NET: Registered protocol family 2". I was using that VB version until a recent upgrade to 3.1.x and did multiple CentOS installs on both Mac-OSX and My VBox's version is "3.1.2 r56127".
