Zinsser ZINGS1L 1 Litre Gardz Sealer/Primer Zinsser Gardz & reg; Sealer Primer is a clear, water-based, acrylic resin sealer that penetrates deeply into porous surfaces. . As per instructions I needed to seal porous concrete to add a heavy duty rubber under-door strip using Soudaflex professional adhesive to bond.
Did the job very well. I had stripped dry conservatory walls that I needed to seal and prepare for wallpapering. The liquid was a very low / no odour and of milky white watery consistency. Very easy to apply without making a mess. Applied evenly and easily. Dried quickly to the touch but left it overnight before wallpapering.

Gardz is one of my favorite new product finds. I am using it to prep walls that were almost destroyed by wallpaper removal. you paint it on the bare patches, then skim with drywall mud for a perfect surface. Without gardz, repair is hit and miss.
