I have a powermax 155, the boiler red light is on saying lock out how can i correct the problem. First, lets try to reset it try to reset the boiler to do this there is a reset button under the boiler located through a small hole in the bottom plastic cover the hole is about the I am trying to find a manual with a better discription.
My boiler today has decided to go straight to lockout all of a sudden. It's a range powermax 155 boiler and investigations online say I should try pressing the reset buttons. This sounds stupid, but I have tried pressing every part of the red bit I can see, but nothing seems to move. Here is a picture: [?IMG]
The boiler is now operational, the burner will ignite and the green neon will glow, indicating the burner is Working. iii If the burner fails to light, the ignition sequence .. Press to RESET. After using the RESET procedure you will need to reprogramme the day and time of day plus any changes you wish to make to the factory

25 Sep 2006 I've recently moved into a new flat and it is fitted with a Powermax 155x boiler. The boiler works fine in 'Constant' As usual there is no manual. any ideas? cheers. Marc Country: United Kingdom. I was once told that pressing two buttons simultaneously can reset the clock but can't remember which ones.
