Thanks for all the help. We're taking it to the lake tomorrow and I did plan on checking compression after drive. I guess I just unplug the coil before checking each cylinder to do this, correct? 3 Mar 2010 "On cold mornings, I sometimes get a "no oil" warning horn yet, it appears that the motor is still getting oil. If I shut the motor down & restart, I see blue in the exhaust. Once the sun warms things up or in the summer, the problem goes away. Thanks."
A service manual is the best reference if you are going to repair it yourself. Check your warning horn operation to be on the safe side. Disconnect on the tan wire temp sensor leads and with the key ON, ground out the engine wiring harness tan wires and see if the horn sounds. "There is never just one thing
