11 Apr 2012 I seriously cant figure out how to use this thing. on the knurled handle it has numbers 0-9, and on the shaft of the torque wrench it has two sets of numbers(besides the back side which is measured in KPM) left side is 120,360,600,840, right side is 240,480,720,960. So it goes up in 120in. pound increments.
