25 Oct 2014 Hey farmers. Happy Saturday!!! I recently was given a Bluelabs nutrient temperature compensating nutrient meter. No instructions for use. My confusion I ignored the ec ratios on the bottles and went with ppm's. This meter is badazz yet why the 2 different forms of measurements is beyond me.

Using the Bluelab Commercial Truncheon to measure nutrient conductivity involves warming the probe sensor head in the solution, followed by measuring and reading conductivity values on the stem scale indicator light. To take a reading of your solution - simply place the probe head into the solution and the reading is indicated by the flashing lights. Calibration of the Truncheon® Nutrient Meter is not required. The Bluelab French-English Truncheon® Nutrient Meter is available with Canadian-French / English labels and instructions.
