5 Apr 2016 I'm still new at healing, tried scholar and didn't felt like a healer at all (at least not the traditional healer BUT THE FAIRY IS SO CUTE), now I'm leveling up a white mage and I'm loving it. 4 Jul 2017 limit my search to r/ffxiv I'm literally scrambling to find a visual guide like this to learn WHM but haven't found one and it's driving me crazy. . White Mage's MP issues have been fixed, and the only reason to use Cure anymore is in pre-50 duties or to proc a free Cure II 10-15 seconds before a trial pull.
white mage is an excellent choice unless you're raiding, in which case astro brings more utility. not a lot has changed with the role abilities. just read the tooltips and pick the ones that correspond to what you had before (lucid dreaming = shroud of saints, etc). when you're comfortable with that, try some new
