Once you hit level 3 in the mid lane, it actually becomes quite easy to score a solo kill on the enemy mid laner if they aren't careful. With 2 points in Shadow Poison if you manage to get 5 stacks of poison, it's a guaranteed kill. At level 5, you only need 4 stacks of poison to kill them.
