Hi everyone,
This is T.O.P, or CHOI SEUNG HYUN.
I am thrilled to join in on the Ice Bucket Challenge, a campaign that raises awareness of and fundraises for ALS, also known as the Lou Gehrig's disease. I was nominated by musician BoA and actor Cho Seung Woo, and I deeply thank them for letting me be part of this meaningful campaign.
However, instead of taking part in the Ice Bucket Shower, I would like to make a donation to the Seungil Hope Foundation that has been carrying out philanthropic deeds for patients suffering from the disease. I hope my involvement in the campaign can raise awareness of the patients who are suffering from the disease, and that it can provide hope to the patients.

루게릭병으로 일컬어지는 ALS 치료법 개발을 위한 모금운동으로 시작된 '아이스버킷 챌린지' 캠페인에 동참하게 되어 기쁘게 생각합니다. 저는 가수 보아씨와 배우 조승우 선배로부터 지목을 받았는데요, 좋은일에 함께할수 있게 해 주셔서 너무 감사드립니다.
저는 얼음물 샤워대신 루게릭 환우들을 위해 항상 애써주고 계시는 '승일희망재단'에 기부를 통해 동참하겠습니다. 좋은 취지인만큼 루게릭 병으로 고통받는 환우분들께 적게나마 저의 동참이 힘이 되기를 바라며 더 많은 분들이 관심을 가져주셨으면 좋겠습니다.
