Okay. Anyone who knows driving rules (I think at least these rules are international) (don't look for any tricks or anything, it's a real life situation):
A pedestrian (a person who walks instead of driving) crosses a small road (no pedestrian crossing in sight; nor are there any cars) where the speed limit is at 30 km/h. When the pedestrian is half-way over, a car comes in about said speed limit, but speeds up when he sees the person walking. The person notices the car and freezes in the middle of the way because they don't know whether the car will stop or not. And it doesn't - it almost drives over the person's foot in 70 km/h and gives the pedestrian the finger when passing.
Now; How many breaches were done? Did the pedestrian do anything wrong?

But, the driver broke the rules with speeding from 30 km/h to 70 km/h and could lose driving license for that and it's the drivers responsibility to stop if a pedestrian want to cross the road.
Also giving the pedestrian the finger while passing in 70 km/h is immature and childish, to bad a cop didn't see the speeding so he/she could stop the driver <.<
