Anger management
Anger is a strange feeling, it's like a bubbling feeling that you know might tear you up from beneath and you are just to afraid to let those emotions go wild, you do what you can to keep them tight locked up in that deep dark hole in your mind.
But sometimes that's not enough, you need a way to slowly let them out so they don't just build up inside until the unexpected but sudden explosion of anger, dissapointment and sadness just goes berserk in your body.
People has their own way to let the anger go, some let it out on the person who creates the anger, some cries, some people hurt themselves and som writes it of. I am one of those who writes and just wait until the anger flows away, The feeling when you run out of anger is quite releasing, as if a weight has been lifted from my shoulders.
So yes I feel pure anger and confusion, sometimes i just don't understand but that's more of an usuall problem for me, In pretty much all of the cases it end up with me staying awake all night thinking and asking myself why? Im a living questionmark.
So there you go, when you read this and many other things you will know that i have been feeling some kind of strong feeling, it can be love, it can be sorrow or just pure anger.
But hey what tha fuck? It's just feelings, we all live with them and have our own ways to deal with them.
This is the one and only way for me.
